Some ingredients may require a small portion to be used in one formula, and a large portion to be used in another. A heavy use of one emollient can make for an extremely greasy, or waxy built-up feel, in one formula, while a light use of the same emollient in another product can lend just enough harmony to create a wonderful blend. The balance of each ingredient in a great formula depends on the harmony between all of the ingredients being used in that particular product. We recognize the importance of that. All of our ingredients are chosen to work together to create a wonderful balance.
